Philosophy of Excellent Service

Pieratt's entire philosophy of service was built around "great customer service." H. F. Pieratt started out in a small shop on North Broadway in Lexington repairing radios. Today over twenty dedicated associates are ready to handle any customer parts and service needs. We aren't resting on tradition - we are working hard to earn your business - every day!

Expert technicians, with factory training, complete most repairs to home appliances, large HDTVs, and furniture in the home. Our trucks are well stocked with parts, which means fewer return trips, so we can save our customers money on repair costs.

Delivery

Pieratt's express delivery is available on all products and may be arranged by your sales associate for a fee. Delivery does not include installation of built-in appliances or installation of home theater systems. See our installation page for more information on these services.

Pieratt's Deluxe Delivery & Setup includes:
  • Un-packaging and moving your new merchandise to the location of your choice
  • Setup and testing your new merchandise (except built-in appliances & home theater Systems) and removal & disposal of the old item
  • A 45-min call ahead service by the delivery crew when requested
  • 2-hour delivery window provided by our delivery department the morning of your delivery
Pieratt's Premium Delivery & Setup includes:
  • All of the above, and
  • 2-hour window of delivery guaranteed before day of delivery
  • Same day delivery (if available)
Pieratt's Basic Drop-off Delivery

Place in-carton merchandise in garage. Pieratt's cannot disassemble old items or remove stair, banister, or door frames during delivery or removal. Pieratt's cannot be held responsible for any damage to property during removal or moving of old items.

Merchandise Pickup

Our Distribution Center is available for merchandise pickup Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. If you care to pick up your merchandise, our courteous warehouse personnel will assist in loading your vehicle, but are not permitted by insurance carriers to assist in securing your purchase in the vehicle.
